What this page collects
If you submit the invitation form, it collects your email address, consent record, submission time and referral-source label.
Why it is collected
The information is used to review and administer your request for one official Grizzl-E Club referral invitation, notify the page operator of the request, and provide your email address to United Chargers Inc. through its official referral process.
Where it is stored
Form responses are processed and stored using Google Forms in the page operator’s Google account. Google may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Automated monitoring checks the form for new responses so the operator can respond promptly.
Who receives it
The page operator receives your submission. Your email address and the referral relationship are then provided to United Chargers Inc. for the requested invitation. The page operator does not sell your information or add it to an unrelated marketing list.
Consent and referral relationship
The consent box is not preselected. Submitting requires you to confirm that you want one invitation and permit your email to be shared for that purpose. The referring Grizzl-E Club member can earn CAD $0.01 per eligible kWh generated by a qualifying referred charger. Your own charging rewards are determined under current Club terms.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to administer the request, document consent, prevent duplicate submissions and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hermancore1980@gmail.com. Information already provided to United Chargers is governed by United Chargers’ own terms and privacy practices.
No automated marketing
This page does not use your submission to send its own recurring promotional email or SMS. You may receive the requested Club invitation and related communications from United Chargers under the consent and choices presented in its official process.
Security
Reasonable technical and account protections are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit sensitive financial, government-identification or health information.
